  • Are customers responsible for the product delivery and installation costs?
    The company covers the full cost of new product delivery and installation. However in the case of relocating or reinstalling the product after the initial installation, the customer is responsible for the installation costs associated with rerouting and adjusting the store layout.
  • What is the duration of the free after-sales service period?
    he duration of the free maintenance period can be selected among the following conditions at the time of the rental contract, and the rental cost may vary depending on the chosen option: Free maintenance for the first year within the contract period. Free maintenance until the end of the contract period.
  • How can I submit an after-sales service request?
    ou can submit an after-sales service request by contacting our customer center at 1300 998 668 or our sales representative will get in touch with you to confirm the schedule with our A/S technician, and provide you with further instructions.
  • Is it possible to purchase rental products in full payment?

  • How can I extend the rental contract period?
    The rental contract period can be extended on a yearly after the initial agreement has ended. When extending the contract a 10% discount will be applied to rental fee.
  • Is it possible to have a free trial before the contract is signed?
    Yes, we have 3~7day free trial service to our new customers.
  • Is there a penalty fee for terminating the contract before installation?
    There will be no separate penalty fee for contract withdrawal before product delivery and installation. However, if the withdrawal occurs during or immediately after delivery or installation, the customer will be responsible for the delivery and installation costs.
  • What are the rental contract period and conditions?
    The rental contract period and usage conditions are as follows: 12-month rental contract: Return the product to Z Robot after the contract expires. 24-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires. 36-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires. 48-month rental contract: Transfer ownership to the "Customer" after the contract expires.
